Jazzy Jambalaya Storytime

  • Ft. Washington Public Library 535 West 179th Street New York, NY, 10033 United States (map)

On the first Saturday of every month, Louise and friends play jazz and read jazz-themed books to children aged 3-7 (and their families). These free, interactive performances are the best way to start your family’s weekends off swinging!

This month we'll be celebrating that glorious (ugh!) summer insect, the fly. Join us as we jazzily buzz with special guest violinist Arthur Dibble. We'll read a story about a pesky little fly who gets himself in a bit of trouble! Come enjoy our version of "Old Black Fly" by Jim Aylesworth. And, of course there will be singing and dancing involved!

Visit the Jazz WaHi Kids page for more information.
